3. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures

4. AI Assistant (Mia)

Mia AI is provided as-is. AI responses may not always be accurate. Do not rely on Mia for medical, legal, or financial advice. AI conversations may be processed by third-party providers.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and share. By uploading content, you grant Mia Chat a license to store, transmit, and display it as needed for the service to function.

6. Subscription & Payments

Mia Chat offers a free tier with basic features. Premium features (Mia AI Pro, Enterprise) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions can be managed from your account settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Mia Chat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
